Masking Fluid issues.

Posted by Margaret Shaw on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, In : What I'm working on
I made a start on the painting of the latest CATching pictures.  Using watercolours and wanting to keep areas white, I used masking fluid - which seems to have allowed paint to seep.  There'll be a bit of repair work to so at the details stages.

Photo Edit instead of Prom Art

Posted by Margaret Shaw on Sunday, October 21, 2018, In : Photos

Posted by Margaret Shaw on Monday, October 15, 2018, In : Photos
It was too beautiful a day to stay indoors so popped up to Ullswater this afternoon.  Starting at Glenridding the autumn colours were stunning against the clear blue skies.

Then late afternoon onto Pooley Bridge where shooting into the sun caused me a few problems, but I still managed a nice picture from besides the pier

and was enchanted by this swan family.
