Have loaded my Society for All Artists Pages with my details- well at least I think I have!! Just need to put some pictures on there. Will I ever get off the internet? Not sure about the professional status - I don't make my living from my artwork - but the insurance cover is very good. Continue reading ...
I've finished updating the site
I've worked through most of the recommendations I received on my site feedback. Most of the work is in the background i.e. not seen by the viewer, but should make me easier to find on search engines. What I have done is added a contact form, added a comments section, joined twitter (was already on Facebook ) and added a site map. I'm still getting to grips with the Google stuff but don't think that will have any impact on what anyone sees here. Continue reading ...

Day 3 - Improving the site & Thanks
Still working on this web site. Changing my page properties so search engines can find me ( I think?). Next step recommended - make a mobile version of your site. Gulp!! Can I do this? Do I want to do this? Do I want to become a web developer? Well it's cold and snowy outside - what else can I occupy myself with? Ah yes the reason for the site in the first place - paint!! Thanks to all who've clicked the facebook and twitter likes and shared / retweeted me. Looks like I've got Google re... Continue reading ...
Web site graded - improvements needed
I've used an on line tool to have my site graded and have found that it could do with a few improvements to help me interact with my visitors. So things are goint to be added (as I get to grips with them). Done links to facebook and twitter (opened account). Adding descriptions to my images ( this is an art site so loads!!!). Only trouble is I'm spending more time on the laptop than I'm spending at the easel. Continue reading ...

Structures category changed
The category of structures in the view and buy paintings has been deleted and replaced with Lighthouses & Windsmills, Cities &Towns and Castles & Abbeys. This has split the paintings into better order as structures was getting a bit overloaded ( not to mention sounding a bit boring). It's taken me several days to do this and before I make any more big changes the web site I'll read the help facilities for the best way to do ;-) Continue reading ...
Larger images added to site
