Margaret Shaw - Photography - Sheep

As an adopted Cumbrian it was inevitable that I'd start to photograph sheep.  They are gentle creatures and I see an intelligence there.
I visit my friends farm in lambing season where the hand reared petlambs enjoy the attention I give them.  I've bottle fed and picked them up for a cuddle.

Walking in the fields, if you stop amongst the sheep, many do run away, however there are the ones that also stop what they are doing and look back. I find it particularly amusing if I can get a "ewe" reference in the title of the picture.
